The first activities have already taken place!
Over the past months, we sought collaboration with local parties for this project in order to align as closely as possible with the needs on the ground. The activities at the Mother and Child House are being carried out by Eksi25, an organization for welfare work with many years of experience. The use of the location, in Samandağ, Sutaşı – a neighborhood that was heavily affected by the 2023 earthquakes and where support is urgently needed – was made possible by the Municipality of Samandağ. To ensure smooth cooperation with these parties, we jointly drew up a project plan and signed a protocol. Both documents [available upon request] are in line with the policy plans of Amanos Foundation and serve as a guideline that all parties must adhere to.
