ANBI-status
Since January 2025, the Amanos Foundation has held ANBI status. An ANBI is a public benefit organization. To be designated as an ANBI by the Dutch Tax Administration, an organization must operate almost entirely for the public benefit and have no profit motive.
Because the Amanos Foundation holds ANBI status, donors can benefit from tax advantages when making a contribution. One-time donations and donations under a gift agreement can be fully deducted from personal income tax or corporate income tax.

Who are we?
The board members of Amanos Foundation are deeply connected to the earthquake-affected region, either because we were raised there, through family ties, or friendships. From the Netherlands, we individually initiated various fundraising and aid efforts to provide help in Hatay, following the devastating earthquakes. We quickly realized that structural support was necessary to make a lasting impact.
That is why we joined forces and now combine our efforts to strengthen local communities. In short, we made the transition from emergency aid to long-term projects. The establishment of Amanos Foundation makes this possible. On our website, we provide visibility on where support is focused.
